Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers travel packages, excursions, transfers and equipment rental booked on bookstogre.com. Package travel is arranged under the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР ‘On Tourism’ dated 15 September 1995; consumer rights arise under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX ‘On Consumer Protection’ dated 10 June 2023.

2. Cancellation by the traveller

• More than 14 days before departure: full refund less documented costs already incurred.
• 7–13 days before departure: 50% of the package price is retained.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: the package price is non-refundable, unless the law provides otherwise.

Cancellation notice must be sent in writing to contact@bookstogre.com or by phone to +380 680 475 3670.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX ‘On Consumer Protection’ dated 10 June 2023 are not restricted by this policy.

4. Weather, road and resort conditions

Lack of snow, poor road conditions, closed lifts or a change in resort status are not treated automatically as force majeure. Where safety or access is affected, we offer a comparable alternative, a credit note or a refund of unused services. Information on availability, price and resort status is published in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР ‘On Advertising’ dated 3 July 1996.

5. Force majeure

Events beyond reasonable control, including hostilities, official restrictions or natural disasters, allow either party to postpone or cancel without penalty. Amounts not yet committed to suppliers are refunded.

6. Complaints and dispute protection

Send complaints to contact@bookstogre.com or +380 680 475 3670; we reply within 30 days. Consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection for consumer-dispute protection (Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX ‘On Consumer Protection’ dated 10 June 2023).
