Snow and weather
Snow cover, snowfall and weather are natural events and are not guaranteed. Photographs, descriptions and seasonal statistics are indicative only and do not promise any particular snow depth, weather or slope status.
Transfers
Transfer times are estimates and may change due to road, border, weather or traffic conditions. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Equipment rental
Ski and snowboard equipment and clothing are subject to availability; models, sizes and brands may be replaced with comparable items under the rental agreement signed at pick-up.
Deposits and liability
A refundable deposit may be required. The guest is liable for loss of or damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear, under the rental agreement and the public offer.
Insurance
Travel and medical insurance, including winter-sports and evacuation cover, is strongly recommended and is not included unless stated in the booking confirmation.
Entry requirements
Guests must check passport and visa rules with the competent authorities before travel. We do not provide immigration advice.
Agent identification and booking terms
Package, insurance, cancellation, transfer and equipment-rental terms are disclosed before booking under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995. Content here is identifiable as advertising and does not mislead about price, availability, resort status or agency affiliation, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
Complaints and consumer protection
Complaints: contact@bookstogre.com. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023 you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection for protection of your consumer rights.
