Road times are measured in dry conditions from the city centre. Walking distance to the lift is printed in metres and minutes on every accommodation sheet. Rental terms, deposit hold and liability rules are disclosed before payment.

Rental and transfer notes

Read this before you pay. The hire desk and the driver both work to the clauses below, and both are printed on your route sheet.

Equipment rental

Category, not model
Your booking reserves a ski or board class, for example 160-168 cm all-mountain, not a named model. The desk fits you from that class on arrival.
Deposit hold
A card hold is placed per set at pickup. The amount is set by the rental operator, printed on your voucher, and released after the return check.
Damage and liability
Edges, base and bindings are inspected with you before you leave the desk. Breakage beyond normal wear is charged at the operator's published rate.
Pickup rules
Boots are fitted in person. Sizes above 47 EU or children's sets under 25 EU should be requested when booking, not at the counter.

Transfer coordination

Pickup node
Lviv or Kyiv, at the station exit named on your sheet. The driver holds a 20-minute wait window. Later arrivals are re-timed, not cancelled.
Variance
Mountain-road time can move by 30 to 60 minutes in snowfall. We quote the corridor, not a guaranteed minute, and we do not shorten the buffer.
Luggage
One ski bag and one case per seat are included. Extra bags need a note on the booking so the vehicle class matches.

Deposit amounts and operator names are printed under your price table with an updated-on date. Ask about a specific clause or return to the resort fit matrix.
