2. Data collected
Name, contact details, travel dates, party size, transfer and rental preferences, payment reference, correspondence, and technical data such as IP address and cookie identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Answering enquiries, performing booking contracts, arranging transfers and rentals, accounting and fraud prevention. Provider and registration details are published under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015. Marketing requires prior consent.
4. Sharing and retention
Data goes only to the tour operator or travel agent and to accommodation, transfer and rental providers needed for the booked service. We never sell personal data. Records are kept for the service term and statutory limitation periods, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Cookies and your rights
Non-essential cookies and analytics run only after prior consent, withdrawable at any time. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object by writing to contact@bookstogre.com; we reply within 30 days.
6. Complaints
Contact us first. Consumers may then apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, or to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
