These terms govern your use of bookstogre.com and any booking made through this website.
1. Who we are
bookstogre.com is operated by bookstogre.com, private entrepreneur (PE), 24 Shevchenka Avenue, Lviv, 79005, Ukraine. EDRPOU code 43256585. Managing Director: Anna Weber. Email contact@bookstogre.com, phone +380 680 475 3670. These details are published under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" dated 3 September 2015.
2. Website use
You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial purposes and must not disrupt it or submit false booking data. Commercial content is identifiable as advertising under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" dated 3 July 1996, and we do not mislead about price, availability, resort status or agency affiliation.
3. Booking and our role
Bookings are made under a public offer. Before you confirm, we identify the tour operator or travel agent providing your trip and disclose the package, insurance, cancellation, transfer and equipment-rental terms, as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" dated 15 September 1995.
4. Prices and inclusions
The itemized list of included services and any mandatory fees, taxes or deposits are shown before you confirm. The total price displayed is the price you pay, with no undisclosed charges added later.
5. Your obligations
You must give accurate personal and booking details, hold valid travel documents, pay on time and follow the operator's safety rules. You are responsible for your own insurance where it is not included in the package.
6. Cancellation and complaints
Cancellation, refund and change rules are shown before booking. Send complaints to contact@bookstogre.com or +380 680 475 3670; we reply within 30 days. Under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023, you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection for protection in consumer disputes.
7. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine No. 3990-IX "On Personal Data Protection" dated 22 November 2023. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details and your rights.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published here applies. Ukrainian law governs them, and your rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023 are not limited.
